One-on-one with a psychotherapist and Equine services. Work on Goal setting and working in the present, not the past, demonstrating relaxation methods and practicing while in motion. Each rider will have either a horse leader and/or a side walker for assistance. 1.5 hours

One-on-one with a massage therapist and Equine services. To help with flexibility and relaxation before or after the ride to support emotional well-being; Each rider will have either a horse leader and/or a side walker for assistance (1.5 hours
